DILOPHOSAUR
Classification: Teropods, Neoteropods
Body length: 6 m
Body weight: 500 kg - 1 t
Period: Early Jurassic
Locations: USA, China
The name Dilofosaurus is derived from the Greek words “di” (“du”), “lophos” (“rag”) and “sauros” (“lizard”); hence the "lizard of two rags."
It originated from the most peculiar feature of Dilofosaurus - a pair of rounded rags in the skull, made up of extensions of the nasal bones.
They are considered too fragile for someone else apart from the demonstration. Dilophosaurs were carnivores and a myth of dead skeletons because their teeth were too weak to kill a large prey.

GLOWING DINOSAURS. The LED PARK.
The DINO PARK is established nearby RADAILIAI MANOR – a location, surrounded by wonderful nature, at Pušyno g. 9, Radailiai, which is only 7 km from Klaipėda.
Have you heard of the magic land, where it gets dark and... suddenly everything starts to glow and shine in the most beautiful colours? The land, inhabited by real, moving and glowing dinosaurs?
You are most welcome to take a stroll under a starry sky and become a part of the magic LED park – even if for a little while. The magic starts on 4 December 2021, 4.00 p.m.!
The LED park will also feature entertainment for the young and the old: the Labyrinth of Mirrors, electric cars, the roundabout and the train, the jungle gym, children’s playgrounds, and the shooting range, while the alpacas and bunnies are looking forward to visitors bringing tasty snacks. This winter we’re also introducing the great DINO hill, offering some breath-taking sensations. Two different downhill runs are waiting for both children and adults!
